Job Summary
Reliability Engineer – NAND Cell Reliability at Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore.The role focuses on electrical characterization of NAND cell arrays and test structures to identify and mitigate reliability issues, while coordinating high-volume electrical experiments and data analysis.
Primary Responsibilities- Risk assessment of NAND cell reliability, identifying process/trim/test strategies to meet JEDEC and internal qualification requirements.
- Design experiments to identify and segment limiting reliability mechanisms affecting NAND quality.
- Develop and execute high-volume wafer and component level electrical experiments, performing statistical data analysis to validate solutions.
- Provide ongoing status updates and feedback to process development and product engineering teams regarding reliability progress and roadmap.
