We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineer/ Sr. Engineer - QMPP (Quality Manager for Product in Production) to join our team in Bangalore, India. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing our quality management processes for products in production, ensuring the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

1. Monitor and track **quality KPIs** and ensure adherence to targets.
2. Implement corrective actions for quality deviations.
3. Conduct **process, product, and line release audits.**
4. Support production changes with necessary quality planning.
5. Maintain and update quality documentation **(FMEA, Control Plan, WI).**
6. Lead **structured problem solving using 8D** and root cause analysis.
