KeyResponsibilities
•Supplier Qualification & Development Conduct supplier audits (process, system, product audits)(Compliance to
ASME,API,ISO)
•Perform periodic supplier audits (foundries, forging units, machining vendors, coating vendors)
•Review WPS/PQR qualificationsand other weld documents of supplier and communicate requirements to
supplier.
•Work on Supplier green channel programto improve the lead time.
•Review Supplier PPM /NCR/CAPA and effective communication to supplier though supplier index and work
towards supplier improvement p...
