Engineer (Technical Support)

Kaki Bukit Key Responsibilities Prepare technical proposals/tender submissions (compliance matrix, datasheets) and review specs/drawings for alignment.
Support solution design: site surveys, technical evaluations, product selection, BOM preparation, and client presentations.
Execute testing/commissioning and troubleshoot hardware/software issues propose alternative solutions when needed.
Maintain technical documentation (incident reports, equipment records, maintenance logs) and system databases/compliance trackers conduct product training.
Collaborate with Sales/Engineering/PMO, attend technical meetings, and support product improvements.
Requirements Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (or related).
Preferably 2+ years in HVAC/BMS/CRAC/building systems technical support.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD/BIM for drawing review.
