ENGINEER

Summary You will serve as the Lead Facilities Engineer for all AUTEC facilities on Andros Island of NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV NEWPORT RI. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-4 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-12/13. Responsibilities You will be responsible for development/content of the Maintenance Action Plan and other short/long-term requirements/plans and budgeting. You will have knowledge and experience in the maintenance, repair and upkeep of buildings and equipment, work requests and trouble calls, and preventative maintenance programs. You will monitor the AUTEC M/O Contractor’s adherence to and progress in executing the MAP and will inspect to ensure proper maintenance procedures are followed.
