About the role

We are on the lookout for an Engineering Administrator to support our fleet engineering department through high level administration and office support.

As an Engineering Administrator , you will be responsible for:

• Overseeing FinOps administration, including setting up contractors, issuing purchase orders, and processing invoices
• Supporting the engineers by creating and allocating job lists, resolving queries, and ensuring correct coding and documentation
• Maintaining vessel job lists, including ensuring they are accurate before and after vessel departures
