**Engineering Analysts II, Manufacturing Days**

**Location:** Onsite - Huntsville, AL
**This position will work a 2-2-3 schedule from 7 AM - 7 PM.**
**BASIC** **FUNCTION**
This position is located onsite at the Kohler Huntsville, AL manufacturing facility producing Kitchen & Bath compression molded products made of SMC (sheet molded compound). This position is responsible for engineering projects and manufacturing support for process improvement and quality initiatives on a specific shift in assigned area of responsibility.
Coordinate process assessment, control, and continuous improvement in the manufacturing area as well as any related support systems assigned, with emphasis on operations management and structured problem solving.
