**Position Overview:**


As the Engineering Director for Capital and Process Standards, you are a leader on the Global Engineering team, reporting to the Vice President of Global Engineering. You will contribute to the success of Ball by establishing industry-leading practices across Balls manufacturing facilities.

In this role you will create and deploy standards for the operation of can making equipment, the parts and materials used in can making, as well as processes used to plan and execute capital projects.
