Engineering Document Controller & Training Specialist

Role Summary As an Engineering Document Controller & Training Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of engineering documentation, including archiving, retrieval, and retention. Additionally, you will drive the development and management of training job codes, ensuring all engineering personnel are properly trained, compliant, and equipped with the necessary skills to excel in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities Maintain and manage a comprehensive library of engineering drawings, manuals, procedures, and technical specifications to ensure organizational knowledge is preserved. Ensure all technical documents remain accurate, up-to-date, and readily accessible to authorized personnel at all times.
