Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Engineering Head to lead technical and engineering activities for our fastener business. The candidate will be responsible for product development, drawing study and approval, technical evaluation, supplier quality coordination, customer technical support, sourcing validation, and ensuring compliance with international fastener standards and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities · Lead complete RFQ for fastener products including bolts, nuts, screws, washers, and special fasteners;
