Engineering Lead Analyst - Vice President

JOB DESCRIPTION

Exciting senior role in Observability with growth and flexibility. Primary responsibilities will be to provide development and engineering services for Observability of Data Middleware products including: Kafka, Solace, MQ and EMS as well as web serving platforms and future support for ETL and BPM domains. The Candidate will provide senior development for metrics collection and engineering leadership for our operations team.

Responsibilities **:**

+ Design and Implement Observability Solutions: Develop and maintain tools for monitoring, metrics collection, and distributed tracing.
+ Tool Management: Deploy, configure, and manage observability tools for Prometheus, Grafana, and the ELK Stack.
+ Instrumentation: Work with operations and engineering teams to instrument middleware services to emit meaningful telemetry data (metrics, logs, and traces).
