Engineering Lead - Platform Engineering / Automation Sheffield (3 days on-site) c.£600pd (Inside IR35) 12 month initial contract We are supporting a global banking organisation as they look to hire Engineering Leads within a large-scale Digital Business Automation function. These roles sit within globally distributed engineering teams supporting enterprise-level automation, orchestration and managed file transfer platforms used across the organisation. Historically the teams have been heavily aligned to vendor products and tooling. The organisation are now looking to bring in stronger engineering leadership capability to help uplift engineering standards, automation, DevOps practices and overall engineering maturity across the function. This is not a pure architecture, governance or stakeholder management role.
