Engineering Lead Technician, Molding Set-up

This role supports day-to-day manufacturing execution by leading injection molding mold changeovers, start-ups, and technical troubleshooting in a regulated, cleanroom environment. You coordinate with production teams to keep equipment, molds, and automation running to approved standards while maintaining accurate documentation and a safe workplace.

**What You Will Do**

+ **Perform** mold changeovers and start-ups based on production priorities, coordinating with production support roles before initiating set-ups.
+ **Install** molds and complete machine set-ups to approved procedures, including line clearance, product identification, and first-piece inspection.
