Engineering Manager Primary Responsibilities
Manage maintenance shift supervisor, electrical supervisor, planner, plant engineer, storeroom staff and process engineer to ensure that day-to-day tasks as well as long-term projects are completed on time. Delegate tasks appropriately. Procurement of manufacturing equipment and spare parts in addition to maintaining critical spare parts inventory Ensure work and projects comply with safety and environmental regulations. Update manufacturing and maintenance routines and work instructions. Keep processes (machines, tools, procedures) at best possible level in compliance with HSE regulations and QCD.
