Engineering Maintenance Manager

Job Purpose

Manage a Control Maintenance Unit, responsible for performing Maintenance (PM), Corrective Management (CM), Overhaul (OH) and Improvement Maintenance (IM) activities, in accordance with quality and safety standards, to achieve Key Performance Index (KPI).

Responsibilities

• Supervise functions of shift groups ensuring that PM, CM, OH and IM works are executed in accordance to established standard procedures / requirements.
• Lead team of Assistant Engineers in performing tasks in compliance with relevant procedures and instructions contained in Quality Procedures, Work Specifications, Work Instructions and any relevant change instructions disseminated.
• Together with other EMMs and branch leaders, be responsible for the maintenance of Quality Assurance System in accordance with ISO and OHSAS standards.
