About The Role (your Why)
As an Engineering Manager at Datacom, you’ll be at the heart of our Product and Technical Leadership team. You will oversee delivery capability for your squads, ensuring predictable, high‑quality outcomes, sustainable pace, and healthy, engaged teams.
