Engineering Manager, Cloud Storage

As an Engineering Manager for Cloud Storage, you will lead the core team responsible for the data backbone of our platform. We are looking for a platform-minded leader to manage an ecosystem that encompasses everything from SQL (Aurora, Postgres, SQL Server) and NoSQL (Redis, DynamoDB) to Search Engines (OpenSearch, Apache Solr) and Object Storage.

You will manage a squad of infrastructure and software engineers, acting as a true Platform Engineering team. Your ultimate mission is not just to keep the databases running flawlessly, but to drastically increase developer velocity. You will achieve this by building autonomous storage-as-a-service environments, creating self-service tooling, and maintaining the integration libraries and SDKs that allow our product squads to ship features faster and with confidence.
