**At Eaton India Innovation Center, we are looking for a Engineering Manager, Electrical Sector - Modeling, Simulation, and Risk Management Center of Excellence.**

**Job Summary:**

The incumbent will provide leadership for a group of 90+ talents working on Modeling, Simulation, and Risk Management Center of Excellence (MSRM CoE). As part of strategic leadership for the group, incumbent should engage with business stakeholders to define multi-year capability roadmaps, and drive development and integration of innovation in areas of modeling, simulation, reliability, safety, and hardware proto-type testing. Develop simulation capabilities for accurate prediction of critical to quality characteristics and to accelerate speed of product development through leveraging Lean principles.
