Job Summary:
The Engineering Managers’ primary job function is leading and directing the Engineering Team and driving the execution of the strategic plan for the Operations Department. This role ensures that equipment, infrastructure and process projects are safely designed, properly executed, delivered on budget and schedule, and aligned with long-term business strategy.

Strategic Project Execution
Lead and mentor team through execution of strategic projects including:
- New or upgraded manufacturing equipment and/or infrastructure installations
- Process transfer or optimization activities
- Equipment relocation or decommissioning activities
- Own projects from concept through closeout:
