**Key Responsibilities**

**Engineering Operations**

+ Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and engineering operations of the hotel.
+ Ensure all electrical, mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen, laundry, and fire safety systems function efficiently.
+ Monitor preventive maintenance schedules and ensure timely completion.
+ Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational breakdowns.
