Leading a team of engineers, you'll take ownership of the engineering function, driving equipment reliability, continuous improvement and engineering performance while developing a proactive, high-performing team. The Role Reporting to the Site Leadership Team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day engineering operation, site facilities and maintenance strategy, ensuring maximum plant reliability and supporting operational performance.
