Lead a team of design engineers through the entire lifecycle of semiconductor equipment development, from conception to execution. Conduct Continuous Improvement Programs (CIP) to optimize product lifecycle, competitiveness, and profitability. Perform reliability and feasibility testing, along with necessary verifications. Collaborate with Technical Sales to evaluate specifications, costing, and product assessments. Address and resolve all technical issues related to the product family in the field.
