Engineering Manager, Sugar & Heavy Industry (On-Site)

Bright City Talent is looking for an Engineering Manager in Pongola, South Africa. This role entails the management of factory multi-discipline production and maintenance engineering teams, including mechanical, electrical, and construction disciplines.

The ideal candidate will have a BTech/BSc in Engineering, GCC, and at least 5 years' experience in a similar management role, preferably in the sugar industry. This full-time role is based on-site and requires strong leadership and technical skills.
