Opportunity Description
Key Objectives & Responsibilities
- Ensure personal and field activity compliance with all COMPANY Health, Safety and Environmental Policies, andadhere to customer site rules and procedures (assuming the highest level compliance).
- Attention to proactive KPI's and personal safety plans
- Contribute diligently to Team Performance Plam (TPP)
- Ensure RAMS are supplier for all visits
- Be familiar with and comply with EQUIPMENT SERVICE processes
- Develop and maintain a good working relationship with customers
- Planning and scheduling of field service engineers and subcontractor work.
- Coordinating work with other COMPANY departments
- Arranging parts for service visits / breakdowns / installs
- Answering incoming customer calls and handling as required
- Support account managers with information on spare parts and prices
- Action and respond to emails in a timely manner
