Engineering Service Coordinator (Fixed Term Contract)

Key Objectives & Responsibilities

• Ensure personal and field activity compliance with all COMPANY Health, Safety and Environmental Policies, andadhere to customer site rules and procedures (assuming the highest level compliance).
• Attention to proactive KPI's and personal safety plans
• Contribute diligently to Team Performance Plam (TPP)
• Ensure RAMS are supplier for all visits
• Be familiar with and comply with EQUIPMENT SERVICE processes
• Develop and maintain a good working relationship with customers
• Planning and scheduling of field service engineers and subcontractor work.
• Coordinating work with other COMPANY departments
• Arranging parts for service visits / breakdowns / installs
• Answering incoming customer calls and handling as required
• Support account managers with information on spare parts and prices
• Action and respond to emails in a timely manner
