The team is responsible for Drive Backend Assembly processes, including monitoring, controlling, maintaining, andimproving product performance. This role applies engineering principles-such as Six Sigma and Lean-togetherwith strong skills in data analysis, problem‑solving, and solution implementation to achieve performance metricsaligned with company goals. About the role - you will:
Perform process setup and buyoff for both Drive Backend Assembly, ensuring that yield, cycle time, andquality outcomes meet defined targets. Support product ID label buyoff to ensure compliance with product specifications and standards. Monitor production yield to detect any excursions, conduct process mapping, implement immediatecontainment (stop bleeding), establish hypotheses, design experiments to identify root causes, proposecorrective actions, and report findings to engineers.
