**Key Responsibilities:**

**Maintenance Operations**

+ Supervise daily maintenance activities and engineering team assignments.
+ Ensure all hotel equipment, systems, and facilities are operating efficiently.
+ Monitor the maintenance of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, kitchen, laundry, and fire & life safety systems.
+ Respond promptly to maintenance requests and guest complaints related to engineering issues.
+ Assist in troubleshooting and repairing equipment breakdowns.

**Preventive Maintenance**

+ Implement and monitor preventive maintenance schedules for all hotel assets.
+ Conduct regular inspections of guestrooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and plant rooms.
+ Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inspections.
+ Ensure compliance with IHG preventive maintenance standards.
