Engineering Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities of Rehabilitation/Renovation of Schools and Community Water Facilities , ensuring smooth execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise and coordinate the site workforce , including civil and MEP labour contractors as well as skilled and unskilled daily‑wage workers, according to project requirements.
• Monitor work quality, progress, and adherence to safety standards , ensuring compliance with project timelines and safety protocols.
• Prepare and submit daily and monthly progress reports , including site photographs and updates on work milestones.
• Inspect and verify materials delivery, quality, and storage , ensuring proper stacking, safety, and security of all site resources.
