Engineering Team Lead - Safety & Maintenance Ops

Biffa plc is seeking an Engineering Team Lead to ensure the maintenance of our plant operations in South Kirkby, Wakefield. You will manage team safety protocols, conduct shift operations, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

The ideal candidate will have significant experience in engineering management, leadership skills, and a commitment to safety and teamwork. We offer a competitive salary of up to £50,000 per annum and a 4 on 4 off shift pattern.
