An exciting opportunity has become available for an Engineering Team Leader to join a market‑leading heavy industrial manufacturing business that continues to invest in its people, engineering function and production facilities. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands‑on Engineering Team Leader to play a key role in driving reliability, supporting continuous improvement and leading a well‑established engineering team. The successful Engineering Team Leader will split their time between hands‑on maintenance and leading the shift engineering team, ensuring plant reliability, supporting production and driving engineering standards across the site.
