Summary The primary purpose of this position is to provide expert civil engineering technical support for stand alone non-recurring and multi-year recurring service repair contract in developing, modifying moderately complex and serve as functional specialist in performing surveillance and management of contractor performances as required. Responsibilities Maintains surveillance over moderately complex civil engineer base maintenance and repair service contracts. Serves as a Team Member. Integrates the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision, and values into Civil Engineering's quality assurance (QA) strategies, goals, objectives, and procedures to ensure contracted civil engineer services meet all applicable DoD and AF directives, public laws, American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME), National Electric Code (NEC), and industry trade standards such as...
