Engineering Trainee: Hands-On Growth & Leadership Path

AB InBev Africa is offering an 18-month traineeship program aimed at graduates to build their technical skills and understanding of the company culture. The program provides a comprehensive self-study approach with hands-on experience across various brewery departments.

Successful candidates will have a degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering, among other relevant qualifications. This role involves actively working on projects, applying VPO principles, and participating in team structures.
