Role Overview

The Head of Department (English) will provide academic leadership to the English Department, ensuring high standards of teaching, learning, and student achievement. The role involves curriculum planning, faculty mentoring, academic monitoring, and promoting a culture of reading, writing, and effective communication. As a residential school leader, the candidate will also play an active role in the pastoral care and holistic development of students.
