is seeking a motivated and reflective Teacher of English to join its creative and dynamic department from January 2026.

The Role

You’ll teach English across KS3–KS4, helping to deliver a curriculum that blends classic literature with modern, diverse texts. The department uses well-planned units with shared resources, giving ECTs structure while allowing creative freedom in the classroom.

Regular meetings and team planning sessions provide strong peer support, and the school has an excellent record of developing ECTs into confident, skilled practitioners.
