English Teacher (Possible Head of English) – August 2026

Markham College, Lima, Peru is seeking an experienced secondary school English teacher with IGCSE and IB Level experience. A possible role as Head of the English Department may be offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant degree and a teaching qualification (PGCE or equivalent).
• Experience teaching at IGCSE and IB Level.
• Willingness to undertake child protection screening and related checks.

Responsibilities

• Teach English to secondary school students.
• Lead the English Department if appointed.
• Contribute to curriculum development, character education, and service learning initiatives.

Employment Details

Start Date: August 2026. Academic year runs March–December.
