Opportunity Description
Overview The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist is responsible for analyzing the efficiency and effectiveness of individual case analysts. They review cases, emails, and recorded telephonic interactions to evaluate compliance with standardized process requirements. Based on the review, the specialist provides a concise written analysis of the work along with feedback and coaching recommendations to improve program performance.
