The Enrollment Communications Coordinator supports the execution of communications that drive prospective student engagement, application completion, and enrollment across undergraduate, graduate, pre-college, and Manhattan Center populations at Adelphi University. Reporting to the Associate Director of Communications and Operations, this entry-level role builds and deploys email and SMS campaigns in Slate, maintains communication workflows, and supports CRM data accuracy and event communications.
