Teknosys is looking for a results‑driven Enterprise Account Manager to drive growth in our IT services business.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and driving revenue through consultative selling of software development, digital transformation, and technology solutions. This role requires strong experience in enterprise B2B sales, stakeholder management, and managing the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure and account expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities in target industries (Telecom, Banking, Fintech, Enterprise, Government).
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: lead generation → proposal → negotiation → closure.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage and grow key enterprise accounts.
