Enterprise Applications Specialist

The Enterprise Applications Specialist is responsible for the administration, integration, and continuous improvement of core business systems, including CRM platforms, customer support tools, and data/reporting environments. This role supports cross-functional teams by ensuring systems are reliable, scalable, and aligned with business processes.

What You’ll Do

Administer and support key platforms including Salesforce, Zendesk, HubSpot, NetSuite, Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Mailchimp, and Ironclad

Manage system configurations, user access, permissions, and ongoing maintenance

Perform updates to Salesforce including pricing structures, product configurations, and license entitlements

System Integrations & Automation

Maintain and enhance integrations between enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce with HubSpot)

Develop and troubleshoot integrations and implement improvements to ensure data consistency across platforms
