Job Summary:

The Enterprise NOC Operations L2 Support Engineer will be responsible for advanced troubleshooting, issue resolution, operational support, and coordination with operators, vendors, and enterprise customers for Voice and SMS services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle advanced troubleshooting for Voice and SMS services.
• Analyze SIP, SMPP, SS7, SIGTRAN, and routing-related issues.
• Support firewall configuration, routing changes, and service implementations.
