Role & responsibilities New Business Acquisition (Primary Focus)
  • Identify and acquire new enterprise clients for Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions
  • Build pipeline through:
  • Cold outreach
  • Networking
  • Partner ecosystem (Oracle, SI partners)
  • Own complete hunter cycle:
Lead Qualification Proposal Closure Sales Targets & Revenue Ownership
  • Achieve aggressive annual revenue targets (quota-carrying role)
  • Focus on mid to large deals
  • Maintain healthy pipeline coverage
Consultative & Solution Selling
  • Understand client business problems and position:
  • Oracle Fusion ERP (Finance)
  • Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Oracle SCM
  • Drive value-led conversations around:
  • Digital transformation
