Job Description

Create, support and uphold a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store, with a specific focus on the entertainment and media categories. As a key management support role, assist the Store Management team with storewide objectives.

• Achieve sales and profitability targets for your store
• Ensure all Media & Entertainment department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting
• Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver a positive experience for both in‑store and online customers
• Maintain a high standard of pricing integrity across the Media & Entertainment department
• Cross‑train, develop and support sales team members on all aspects of Media & Entertainment department products and services
