The Entitlement Specialist is responsible for providing direct service to clients at Win West. The Entitlement Specialist will act as a liaison between the client and governmental agencies. The Entitlement Specialist will provide guidance and assistance through the application submission process and ensure there is necessary follow up to obtain entitlement support.
