(ENTRY LEVEL) Order Management Support Executive (Novena)

We are hiring a Customer Account Specialist located in our Singapore office and reporting to the Senior Worldwide Customer Service Manager. This position requires a highly motivated, energetic, and resourceful person who is willing to learn. The role involves assisting the sales team by managing customer inquiries, providing information, and ensuring smooth sales operations.

• Working hours: Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm (comfortable to work from 7am-4pm, if required to attend meeting with overseas colleagues)
• Location: Novena MRT
• Contract: 1 yr (potential for conversion)
