**Position Title** **:**

Entry Manufacturing Laborer

**Pay Rate** :

($21.22/hr. up to $26.57/hr.)

**New Hires Sign on Bonus** **, if eligible** :

$500 after 30 days,

$500 after 6 months,

**New Hires Retention Bonus, if eligible** :

$500 after 1 year

Additional lump sum after 2 years

**Category/Shift** :

Hourly Full-Time (2:50pm – 11pm or 10:50pm - 7am, Monday–Friday, OT/weekends as needed)

**The Job You Will Perform:**

+ Counting and stacking finished product
+ Preference, but not required, Operating a Forklift and/or Clamp Truck
+ Proper inspection of outgoing and incoming product and raw materials
+ Reading factory orders
+ Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
+ Utilizing basic shop math...
