Opportunity Description
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and continuously improve the project EHS Management Plan.Ensure compliance with Malaysian laws and regulations, including OSHA 1994, FMA 1967 and DOSH requirements.Liaise with regulatory authorities such as DOSH and local councils.Ensure all permits, licenses, and statutory requirements are in place.Identify hazards and conduct risk assessments (HIRARC, JSA, etc.).Implement effective control measures and safe work procedures.Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and compliance checks.Ensure contractors adhere to EHS standards and project requirements.Track and report EHS performance metrics (KPIs, incidents, near misses).Monitor high-risk activities such as:Working at heightLifting operationsElectrical works (critical in data centers)Confined space entryPromote a proactive safety culture and ensure “Zero Harm” objectives are embedd...
