Environmental Control Officer (ECO)

Key Responsibilities: Liaising with regulatory authorities.
Developing and implementing Environmental Management Plans (EMPs).
Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and permits.
Monitoring and reporting on environmental performance.
Managing waste and pollution control.
Conducting environmental inspections and assessments.
Investigating environmental incidents.
General Responsibilities: Working closely with project managers and other teams.
Maintaining accurate records and documentation.
Staying updated on relevant legislation and best practices.
Advising management on safety and environmental matters.
Job Requirements: Must
hold a valid NEA‑registered ECO licence
(ECO(SCS) for construction sites or ECO(SP) for specified premises), issued within the past five years-or have passed a refresher exam.
Must have
completed the NEA‑approved ECO training course
