Reporting directly to the Environmental, Health, Safety & Security Manager, the ideal candidate will provide essential administrative support. Responsibilities include managing key performance indicators, facilitating employee orientation, and contributing to accident investigations. Ensure compliance with health regulations while promoting a safe workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain Contractor Management System documentation efficiently
• Track Total Recordable Injury Rate and safety KPIs
• Assist in employee orientation and safety training programs
• Contribute to thorough accident investigation reporting
• Manage electronic records and essential safety documentation
