As the Environmental Health and Safety Manager, you will support the Cambridge and Leduc locations, as well as Redmond, Washington. Your role involves implementing programs that enhance safety culture, managing extensive safety systems, and being the environmental steward for compliance with regulations. Collaboration with leadership is crucial to drive behavioral safety and continuously improve site standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and mitigate safety and health hazards
• Audit safety programs to ensure compliance
• Investigate accidents and recommend preventive measures
• Maintain OSHA and other safety compliance logs
• Develop safe work practices with plant personnel
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in occupational safety or related field
