The Regulatory Services Partnership, led by Merton Council, is seeking an experienced and motivated Private Sector Housing Officer to work across Wandsworth and Richmond . This unique cross-borough role offers the opportunity to gain experience in both an inner and outer London borough, working with a wide variety of housing conditions and residents.

About The Role

You will play a key role in improving housing standards and protecting the health and safety of residents. Your responsibilities will include:

• Inspecting and assessing housing conditions using HHSRS
• Identifying and enforcing remedial actions
• Providing clear, practical advice to landlords and tenants
