Environmental Scientist

**Job Overview:**

APTIM is seeking a **Junior Geologist/Environmental Scientist/Engineer** to conduct environmental site investigations and remedial actions. This position requires the ability to conduct field work, desktop analysis and reporting, occasional overnight travel, and application of knowledge and skills to a wide range of standard and nonstandard situations.

Duties may include but is not limited to: installation of environmental soil borings and monitoring wells, collection and documentation of soil and groundwater samples for laboratory analysis, Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments, environmental permitting, stormwater compliance inspections and reporting, completion of environmental compliance inspection and support activities, and ability to gain working knowledge of Federal, State, and local environmental regulations.
